Refund policy

At SterlingLoves, we prioritize your comfort and assurance with our 60-day policy for returns and exchanges. Should your purchase not meet your expectations for any reason, you're welcome to return or exchange it in its unused and original state within 60 days of the delivery date.

Here are the key points of our Return & Exchange Policy:           

1. We only accept items returned with prior authorization.

2. Returns and exchanges are limited to the 60-day period following the receipt of the original order.

3. Returned items must be in their original state, unaltered and unworn, with no scratches or signs of use.

4. All returns or exchanges must be shipped with a tracking method.

5. If returning, any promotional gifts received should be included. If not, their retail price will be deducted from your refund.

6. For exchanges or resizing in remote areas, additional remote fees may apply, which we will communicate in advance.

7. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Please note, do not return items to the address on your package as it is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Items that Cannot be Refunded:

  1. Final Sale items.
  2. Personalized items with engravings or photos; a 30% restocking fee applies for exchanges.
  3. Special order items like altered plating and stone colors, parts of sets, and engraved items are exchangeable with a 30% fee.
  4. Rings in custom sizes are non-refundable.
  5. Items is worn, damaged, or altered are non-refundable and will be returned at the customer's expense.
  6. Items worn or sent as replacements/exchanges are non-refundable.


Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your package and will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is to craft your order exactly as you envision it! We encourage you to thoroughly review and confirm your personalization, engraving, or special order details before finalizing your order. Please ensure that all spellings, dates, and names are correct. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to reach out to us before you place your order.

Typically, we begin the production process 120 minutes after receiving payment. As a result, should you wish to cancel your order after this period, a 30% fee covering materials and processing will be charged.

One Year Warranty: 

At SterlingLoves, we have complete confidence in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty starting from the date of the original order receipt.

Warranty Terms: 

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees when returning items to Sterling Love.                                                                                                                       

1.Secure Packaging: It is essential for customers to ensure that items are securely packed before returning them. Sterling Love cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items during the return process.                                                                                                                               

2.Tracking Requirement: When returning items, customers must utilize a shipping method that provides tracking information. Packages without tracking will not be processed.                       

3.Warranty Eligibility: Sterling Love reserves the right to invalidate the warranty for any items that display signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond what is considered normal wear. Our jewelry professionals will determine eligibility in such cases.
